Our return policy allows for a 5-day window after you receive your item in which you can request a return. In order to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you carefully examine the contents and promptly notify us if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. This will enable us to assess the situation and rectify it accordingly. Please note that returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards. It is important to understand that damages resulting from normal wear and tear or external factors are not covered under our company’s responsibility.

After we have received and examined your return, we will promptly inform you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a timeframe of 4-10 business days.
